Returns Procedure


All transactions entered into by GF Innovations with the *consumer are subject to the Consumer Protection (The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This stipulates that the buyer has the right to cancel the contract and that such cancellations must be notified in writing to the seller within a period of 14 working days from date of receipt of goods.


In addition to your rights under the distance selling act GF Innovations offers a 30 day money back guarantee. This offer does not cover purchases made on behalf of a business or for resale or where the goods have been made to order.

Less than 30 days: In order to qualify for a refund please return the goods (in a saleable condition) with a copy of the invoice and a short note to say why you are returning the Product and what you would like us to do (i.e. refund your card). Unwanted items, or items ordered by mistake, will incur a handling and restocking charge. This charge is calculated as either an amount of £5.00 being a minimum charge, or 15% of the invoice value (whichever is the greater).

More than 30 days: We do not offer refunds for any goods returned after 30 days. However if you are looking for additional goods, we may be willing to offer some credit for goods returned.

Faulty goods: All our products come with a 12 month warranty. If the cable is faulty upon receipt, or develops a fault within the first 30 days, please contact us on 01344 577 980 to discuss the matter further. If the cable develops a fault after 30 days and prior to the end of the 12 months, please return the cable with a copy of the invoice (if available) or details of when the purchase was made along with your contact details. Goods returned as faulty where no fault is found will be returned to the customer. If you require a replacment please contact us for information on free return delivery (UK only).

We recommend you return any goods via a postal/carriage service that requires a signature upon delivery.

International orders: Buyer pays return postage cost and charges. (If found faulty upon return, return postage cost is reimbursed)

*Consumer is defined as a customer making a purchase for their own personal use. Purchases made on behalf of a business (Public or Private) are not covered by the distance selling act or the 30 day money back warranty.
